Support for Hungry Families During COVID-19 Pandemic
Donate to A Single Bite & Get a Jar of Honey (while supplies last)

Resurrection Harvest
Special Project to Support A Single Bite
Catskill Mountain Honey had some fallen hives -- happens every winter -- and harvested the honey to encourage donations to help feed hungry families in the local area. Any donation made to A Single Bite will be rewarded with a jar of Resurrection Harvest Honey, while supplies last. Email to let us know you donated.

A Single Bite
Feeding Hungry Families
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, A Single Bite has shifted gears to deliver more than 1,000 meals weekly to families in Sullivan County. For many children, this is their only substantial meal of the day. A Single Bite is a project of Foster Supply Hospitality.

Making A Difference
One Hive At A Time
Honeybees are in jeopardy, with hive populations down by 50 percent or more. Threats from mites and pesticides are leading causes for widespread colony collapse. And honeybees are responsible for one in three bites of the food we eat. So, their fight is ours. But what do we do?
Catskill Mountain Honey is making a difference, one hive at a time, through best practices, collaboration and education.
Join the fight here by becoming a member of the first-ever CSBee (Community Supported Bees), a community apiary that works hard to yield honey for its members!
